Registration

Registration Fee is OMR. 100.00which is to secure your child’s place in school.
Security fee of OMR 150.00 per child, which will be refunded at the time of leaving the school after all the school dues are paid in full.

School Fees

Tuition Fee is charged for 10 months, i.e. from September till June.

Child Safety and Security

The ID card will be issued to all children and to be reproduced by the parents. In case the child is being collected by another guardian please:

• Inform the administration
• Produce the ID card of the children for collection

Terms

1st term (September – December)

2nd term (January – June)

The exact dates for the beginning to the end of term vary from year to year and parents are informed accordingly. School has a five day working week, Saturday to Wednesday, with a two-day weekend break.

Transfers

Withdrawals and Transfers

Parents who wish to withdraw their child needs to submit one month notice in writing to the school. If a child has failed in the same class for two consecutive years or have failed to qualify for promotion on two different occasion of his school career then he will be considered withdrawn. After a withdrawal case is finalized the documentation of the concern child is sent to the Ministry of Education Oman for notification.

Inter-city and International transfer

• Intra-city transfer
  Not applicable as there is no other branch in Muscat, Oman.
• International Transfer

A student is eligible for international transfer provided he has been with the Beaconhouse School System for at least one academic year. All school dues should be paid before being transferred out. No additional transfer fee or admission fee from the branch seeking transfer will be charged. Transfers will be accommodated on the availability of vacancy at the desired branch.
